Found the error on the shares issue. the Source is windows and the on the 10.10.10.x subnet, Download client is on the 192.168.1.x subnet. Windows Firewall on both was set to Local Lan only. Had to change to any IP and the issues I had were solved.
Set a backup schedule for 23:59 for all containers and VM’s
Need to sort out Radarr, Sonarr, Readarr download issues on new host.
